Mobile notary · the Las Vegas ValleySigned, Sealed, at Your Door.
A commissioned notary who comes to you. Homes, offices, hospitals and care facilities — weekday evenings, all weekend, daytime by arrangement, and often the same day you call.

What I Can Notarize

General Notarizations
Acknowledgments, jurats, and oaths or affirmations — for affidavits, consent forms, vehicle titles and everyday paperwork.

Loan & Real Estate Signings
Purchases, refinances, HELOCs and seller packages as an NNA-certified signing agent, handled carefully and returned to the title company on schedule.

Powers of Attorney & Estate Documents
Powers of attorney, advance directives, trusts and related documents, signed at home without the trip to an office.

Hospitals & Care Facilities
Bedside appointments at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and rehab centers, with the time and patience the situation needs.

Business & Workplace
On-site visits for contracts, vendor forms, permits and employee paperwork — one document or a standing schedule.

Certified Copies
True-copy certifications of documents like diplomas, passports and contracts. Bring the original — Nevada requires me to make the photocopy myself. Notaries can't certify birth, death or marriage certificates or divorce decrees; those come from the issuing agency.
Three Steps, One Visit

Call or Text
Tell me what you're signing, how many signers, and where you'd like to meet.

I Come to You
Home, office, hospital or coffee shop — usually same day or next day.

Sign and Done
I check ID, you sign the document and my notary journal, and I complete the certificate on the spot.
What to Have Ready

- A current photo ID that also shows your signature, for every signer (driver's license, state ID card or passport). Newer military IDs have no signature and can't be used on their own.
- The complete document, with every blank filled in. Sworn statements (jurats) must be signed in front of me; for everything else, signing at the appointment is simplest, but a document you've already signed can still be acknowledged.
- Every person whose signature is being notarized, present in person.
- Any witnesses your document requires. I can't act as a witness and notary on the same document.

Notary fees are set by Nevada law (NRS 240.100). The travel fee is separate from the notarial fee and is not required by law — it applies only because you're asking me to come to you, and we'll agree on it before I set out. Travel time is measured from my office near Skye Canyon Park Drive in northwest Las Vegas. Most weekday-evening visits begin after 7pm and fall under the $30 rate, so plan on its $60 minimum; weekend daytime visits usually fall under the $15 rate, and a trip that crosses 7pm is billed at each rate for the minutes in that band. Example: one signature acknowledged at your home on a weekday evening is $15 + $60 travel = $75. If an appointment is cancelled after I'm on the way, or can't be completed because of ID or signer issues, the agreed travel fee still applies.
Good to Know

Can you tell me which form I need, or help me fill it out?
No. A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. I can't choose documents, explain their legal effect or give advice — for that, talk to an attorney or the agency that issued the form.
What if the signer doesn't have valid ID?
Plan on a current government ID with a photo and signature, or a consular ID card issued by a consulate located in Nevada. Nevada does allow a credible witness to vouch for a signer, but that witness has to personally know both the signer and me, which rarely works for a mobile appointment. Signers 65 and older, and people incarcerated in a Nevada state prison, have a few extra options under state law — ask when you call.
Does the signer need to be alert and willing?
Yes. Every signer must understand what they're signing and sign of their own free will. If I'm not satisfied of that, Nevada law lets me decline and I will; the agreed travel fee still applies.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley, from Skye Canyon to Henderson and Boulder City. Travel time is measured from my office near Skye Canyon Park Drive in the northwest, and the two-hour minimum covers a round trip to most of the valley.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or payment app at the appointment. Businesses and title companies can be invoiced.
